Thiruvananthapuram: Asianet News, the pioneering news channel in Malayalam, has announced a three day festival of ideas. Named AGORA, the festival will bring together diverse perspectives, creative practices, and thoughts that shape the future.
The sprawling campus of Kanakakunnu Palace in Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam will host the first edition of AGORA from November 27 to 29, 2026.
The discussions will be centred on the theme - Future. AGORA’26 is designed to create a space for conversations across 18 disciplines including science and technology, art and culture, health, environment, governance, business, education, banking and finance etc.
More than 200 brilliant minds from various walks of life will be part of the panel of speakers. Through talks, discussions, installations, and collaborative experiences, we hope to encourage meaningful exchange between participants from different disciplines and backgrounds.
Called AGORA, the ancient Greek meeting place of ideas and goods, the festival is built around the belief: where ideas meet, new possibilities emerge. The sessions will be conducted in six venues of the sprawling Kanakakunnu Palace simultaneously.
For enabling access to all who are interested, the entry for AGORA will be free. Those want to register as delegates can do so by logging on to the official website, https://agora.asianetnews.in
