K S Fazalu Rahman

K. S. Fazalu Rahman is the Vice President and Operations Head for India Business at IVBM Group, a Kerala-born fintech startup operating across the GCC region. Based at the group’s India headquarters in Infopark, Kochi, he oversees service delivery, governance, compliance, and workforce development. In addition to its fintech, consulting, and financial services offerings, IVBM develops advanced solutions for accounting, auditing, and human resource management.

A customer experience (CX) practitioner by discipline, Fazalu Rahman has extensive experience building and leading customer experience and service operations across international markets. He regularly speaks at business schools on artificial intelligence and its implications for organisations and professionals. A recognised media panellist, he shares insights on industry trends, employment, and the future of work. He is also the author of two Malayalam books, Vineethavismayam and Vismayaprathibha. Beyond his professional pursuits, he actively engages in social work and mentors young professionals as they navigate their careers.

He has built a team in which around 10% of employees are specially abled, including people on the autism spectrum and those who use wheelchairs, a team he sees as proof that talent thrives when opportunity is open to all.
