Dr Sreejith N Kumar

He is a physician and diabetologist with a strong commitment to patient care, diabetes management, and public health. He serves as Chairman of the Indian Medical Association’s Patient Care Scheme and is a member of the IMA Central Working Committee. He also serves as National Chairman of the IMA Junior Doctors Network (JDN) and the IMA Food Safety Initiative (IFSI).

A former President of the Indian Medical Association and former member of the Kerala Medical Council, Dr Sreejith has played an active role in medical advocacy and healthcare initiatives. As a consultant at the Diabetes Care Centre, he works in the field of diabetes care and awareness. He has also authored books on diabetes and nutrition, including Prameham Maaran Nalla Bhakshanam and Prameham Sampoorna Vijnanam.

Dr Sreejith completed his MBBS at Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, followed by an MD in Medicine from the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune. He also holds a Diploma in Diabetes from the Vuk Vrhovac Institute.
