Dr Reshma Elizabeth Thomas

Dr Reshma Elizabeth Thomas is a gender equality practitioner, public policy specialist, writer, artist and CEO of Equigit Solutions Pvt. Ltd. She holds a PhD in Public Administration from the University of Madras, where her research focused on transgender identity and public policy. Her work contributed to early efforts around Kerala’s Transgender Policy and continues to focus on gender-responsive policymaking and institutional inclusion. An ILO-certified Participatory Gender Audit Facilitator and Gender Equality trainer, she works with organisations on transforming workplace systems and cultures. She is also an author of three books and an artist whose practice explores identity, gender, belonging, memory and everyday life.
