With over 19 years of cross-functional experience—ranging from software development and project management at tech giants like Infosys and Tata Elxsi to corporate training and educational leadership—she bridges the gap between academic output and corporate talent expectations.

An engineer by background (B.Tech in ECE) and a Certified NLP Practitioner, Anuradha leverages psychometric mapping and neurolinguistic programming to deliver high-impact workshops on talent management, employability, and leadership.
